• Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished papers in English on their research relevant to the conference topics and theme.
• Submission of any manuscript that contains redundant or duplicate publication of the same or very similar research work violates the policies of recommendation and publication will be rejected.
• Manuscripts should not be simultaneously considered for publication elsewhere.
• Full papers are required to submitted via the Online Submission System.

1. For Conference Proceedings

Those who are interested in both presentation and publishing full paper in conference proceedings (IOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Science (EES)), please submit your full paper(s) via the Online Submission System.

• Please follow these essential guidelines when preparing your paper: Guidelines for Authors;
• Full paper should be submitted in .doc format according to the Microsoft Word Templates;
• Please prepare your full paper with at least 5 pages including figure and tables etc., but not beyond 7 pages (There will be an extra charge of 50 USD for each additional page);
• Kindly mark "For IOP & Oral/Poster Presentation" during submission;
• Acceptance or rejection for the conference proceeding will be notified after the peer review process (about 2 months);
• Please be noticed that the conference proceeding is an Open Access proceeding and does not have the Hard Copy version.

2. For ISI Journals

• For authors who are only interested in publishing papers in SCI journals and NOT considering IOP conference proceeding, please prepare the paper not limited to 6 pages according to journal requirements.
• No strict typesetting is required before your initial submission. Please submit the paper according to normal format.
• After pre-review and peer review process by at least two reviewers, an appropriate journal will be recommended to you attached with the required journal template.
