ACEER2020 has been changed to Online Conference due to the outbreak of COVID-2019. The conference has attracted a total of 73 participants from 15 countries and areas, including keynote speakers, invited speakers, session chairs, authors, presenters and listeners. The oral presentations covering a wide range of environmental science, civil engineering, and ecological environments. About 25 full papers were included in the conference proceedings published by IOP Publisher.

The first Annual ACEER Conference was held at I-Shou University, Kaohsiung, Taiwan with over 100 participants. The conference was consisted of one plenary session with 2 keynote speeches, seven parallel sessions including 22 invited speeches and 37 regular oral presentations, and one poster session with 23 poster presentations. 45 full papers were included in the conference proceedings published by IOP Publisher.
